Collaboration usually takes place via phone and e-mail, and meetings are held through Zoom, Teams, Whereby or Skype unless otherwise agreed.
Document sharing- and collaboration often take place on the client’s preferred IT platform such as:
Dropbox
Google Docs
Office 365:
OneDrive gives users the option of sharing and working on the same documents in real time.
Microsoft Teams is a collaboration app that brings everything together in a shared workspace, allowing you to work from anywhere, chat with your team and collaborate on files.
SharePoint platform offers the same as OneDrive and further, gives the option of setting up team websites, a type of intranet, which is designed according to the client’s requirements and specification and also delivers a platform for communication.
The best working conditions are established when both guidelines and work processes are clearly defined to ensure that all parties are familiar with the terms and conditions of the work agreement.
Prior to each collaboration, Terms & Conditions and Order Confirmation are sent to the client detailing the assignment, how work is to be organised including payment terms, intellectual property rights, confidentiality, force majeure, commencement and termination.

Whether I work in a capacity as data controller or processor, I am familiar with the stricter requirements when handling personal data as well as the overall regulations in the General Data Protection Regulation.

Security
I work with several layers of IT security such as encryption, two-factor-authentication as well as daily changing ip addresses.
I never work in a public space.

Jeg arbejder med adskillige lag IT-sikkerhed som f.eks. kryptering, to-faktor autentifikation samt dagligt skiftende ip-adresser.
